Dr. Monique H. Lambert is a medical ethnographer, user experience architect, and engineer with over 19 years of experience studying clinical workflow and work practices at the point of care. She specializes in applying human-centered principles to design and implement next-generation care delivery models and patient experiences across the healthcare continuum.

Dr. Lambert brings deep domain and methodological expertise from her work with high-tech companies, health plans, and healthcare providers.
