Scott Wooten is Chairman and CEO of Wooten Strategic Healthcare Advisors, a Member of Connexall USA’s Business Advisory Board, MRO’s Strategic Advisory Board and the Nebraska Medicaid Reform Task Force, Founding Partner of Manchester Distilling in Kentucky, and Executive in Residence at Cornell University’s Sloan Program in Health Administration.

He exercises fiduciary responsibility and stewardship to ensure long-term strategic success in the physician, healthcare, and insurance sectors.

Wooten served in CFO and senior executive roles with AdventHealth in Central Florida, Baptist Health in Northeast Florida, Alegent Creighton Health in Nebraska, AdventHealth in North Texas, Sanford Health in the Upper Midwest and Kettering Health in Southwest Ohio. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in Denver.

He completed strategy certificates at Harvard Business School and Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. He earned his MBA at the University of Dayton and his BSBA at Union College, Lincoln, Nebraska. Wooten became a CPA early in his career (license currently inactive) and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Wooten serves as Committee Chair of THE PLAYERS Championship, Past Chair of the American Heart Association of the First Coast, and has served on many community boards. Scott and his wife, Grace, have five children and attend Church of Our Savior in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
