Tim has extensive experience in leading facilities management and support services at the design, operations and innovation level. With a focus on integrating systems and enhancing patient flow, Tim has consistently driven improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency. 

In his current role, Tim oversees the coordination of cross-functional teams. ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes supporting facilities and patient flow in a network of 12 acute hospitals and numerous Long-Term Care and Urgent Care facilities. He brings a strategic mindset to managing complex projects, always prioritizing the user experience while optimizing workflows.
